Wow..it has been a month since I last posted. For those of you who read this weblog, I apologize.
On a lark, I flew back to New York Oct. 31 - November 4. It was nice being back home.
I visited my grandmother, my ex-employer and spent some time with my Mom and my friend Andrew and his wife, Rita.
I also got to use the law library at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York for my legal writing project. That was really cool. The association includes free access to Westlaw and LexisNexis for members.
School goes on. Everything is still going well, although I could use the upcoming intersession. A little rest would go a long way. Still, I think my study strategy has been correct all along and will continue in the same manner I have been using.
We took a practice final exam a few weekends ago. It was a real productive exercise as it allowed me to experience what a real law school final is without worrying about how well I performed. Still, I was very pleased that my answers were top of the class (even without studying). So, I am looking forward to the real thing.
