Came down with a pretty bad cold. Professor Murphy called on me while I was daydreaming into my text book. It took me a couple of seconds to recover but I was prepared for the class and knew my stuff.

Rudy and I continue to exercise every other day. If we attend 12x in a month we get entered into the "Consistency Club" and become eligible for private lockers. Woo Hoo!

Spoke to my ex-boss and current friend, Frank Russo. Things are goign OK for the company but his Dad is having some health problems. I will keep his Dad in my prayers.

I called on a fellow who I met at the BSA National Meeting this past May. His is a retired Michigan District Court Judge. I hope to discuss the BSA and law with him. We are scheduled for lunch on Oct. 2 and I am arranging for a guided tour of the law school for him.
