Studying for Property. Just took Civil Procedure yesterday. Although 1 or 2 tricky questions, I think I beat up the test. I am not sure how much I like our exam schedule. We have two days in between each exam and I can't help but wonder if it is more helpful to those who didn't do their reading each day and weren't always prepared during the semester.

Property on Monday. Torts on Thursday. Right after Torts, lunch with my class then we go see The Two Towers. That night, we have our 1L Steak, Scotch and Stogie Night.

All in all, I would be surprised if I come out of this semester with less than a 3.50 GPA.
